Beautiful products but they fall short when it comes to customer service. 
I was charged for a king duvet cover when I bought a queen. Not a big deal and certainly a simple mistake. They reversed the charge and charged me again for the correct amount. However, partially because the store made a mistake in reversing the charge, and partially because of a bank error, I spent THREE DAYS getting my refund - ugh!
To top it off, the east hampton store didn't have the cover in stock, so they said it would be sent in from NYC in no more than 2 days. I called three days later only to find out that the employee never gave my name to the NYC store, so the item was taken off hold and was never sent to east hampton. When I asked how they intended to rectify the situation, being that it was the third or fourth problem I was having with ONE TRANSACTION, their big offer was to not charge me for overnight shipping, so that it would arrive 2 days late instead of 4 days late. 
They have not met my expectations, so despite the beautiful product, I will have a very hard time recommending them to other people.
