It's normally hard to find someone to help you in this store, and when you do, they're often not able to help. The keys they make don't work.

I would have given three or four stars, but this past summer, one of their employees (who was still wearing a True Value Hardware uniform shirt) was skateboarding in town, and veered into my lane with no warning, so that I almost hit him. He then gave me the finger. I rolled down my window and told him to signal with his arm next time because I didn't want someone to him him. He responded by screaming that I should go you-know-what myself. It would be a nice store if they hired competent staff.
